I'm on a tremendous odyssey to pass a document in word (table) to Latex.
I can't doing exactly as is and i need some help, something is missing!
The two documents are attached to this topic!

Although I have not received a reply, i manage to export the (damn) word table to latex.
Here is the file as an attachment.
Feel free to correct or simplify.
