MakeIndex, Nomenclature, Glossaries and Acronyms ⇒ using gind.ist

Greetings,

I am trying to setup the execution modes dialog box in WinEdt to correctly run gind.ist (Or some other ist file, I am open to suggestions.). Evidently, I am not entering the Command line information correctly. An example or two would help. Thank you.

Supplement the command line arguments for the call of makeindex.

Thanks, Thorsten, for your response. I am sorry I did not write sooner but my wife and I have been out of town. I read about using ist files before I posted my question. I am still having trouble so I am wondering if there is a conflict with the document class I am using (World Scientific \documentclass{ws-book9x6}). For now I have concentrated my energies on completing the manuscript and I will let WS worry about formatting the index file.
Again, let me express my appreciation for your responses to my question and many other posts. Your instructions are appreciated.
Do you know what happened to CQF?
