Making a J.UCS Reference Style
I recommend to read the author style guide entirely [1]. It contains all necessary information you need.

thanks for answer, but in the example TeX file, the reference file is contained in the TeX file. I am using a bib file, I wish I can make a JUCS style reference list by 1 or 2 line TeX commands.

At the end of the style guide it is explicitly said that they took the reference style of the ACM. So just use the corresponding BibTeX style \bibliographystyle{acm} for your references. It should be already on your system.
