I recommend to read the author style guide entirely [1]. It contains all necessary information you need.

thanks for answer, but in the example TeX file, the reference file is contained in the TeX file. I am using a bib file, I wish I can make a JUCS style reference list by 1 or 2 line TeX commands.

In the example TeX file, the reference file is contained in the TeX file.

Code: Select all

\begin{thebibliography}{5}
\bibitem[N{\"{u}}rnberg et~al. 1997]{sc} N\"{u}rnberg, P., Leggett, J., Schneider, E.: ``As we should have thought''; Proc. ACM Hypert. '97, ACM, New York (1997).

\bibitem[N{\"{u}}rnberg et~al. 1996]{hoss} N\"{u}rnberg, P., Leggett, J., Schneider, E., Schnase, J.: ``HOSS: a new paradigm for computing''; Proc. 7$^{th}$ ACM Conf. Hypert, ACM, New York (Mar 1996) 194-202.

\bibitem[Reich et~al. 2001]{sc3-proc} Reich, S., Tzagarakis, M., DeBra, P. (eds.): ``Proceedings of the Third Workshop on Structural Computing''; Lect. Notes Comp. Sci. 2266, Springer, Berlin
\end{thebibliography}

At the end of the style guide it is explicitly said that they took the reference style of the ACM. So just use the corresponding BibTeX style \bibliographystyle{acm} for your references. It should be already on your system.
