\chapter versus \chapter*

Post by templateuser »

Hello,

I played with the page dimensions. The \chapter{} command works well in terms of adjusting the chapter image to the new dimensions, but not the \chapter*{} (for preface, index, etc.). How can I fix it?

Thanks,
Raz

\chapter versus \chapter*

Hey Raz,

The sizes of the chapter headers are fixed in the CHAPTER HEADINGS block in structure.tex. If you make an adjustment to the margins you'll then have to adjust these values to match your new dimensions. I'm not sure why you had \chapter and \chapter* behaving differently in this regard. Could you paste exactly what you changed to get this behavior?

Cheers,
