Document Classes ⇒ Look alike template

Dear LaTeX Community,


In my math class, I was introduced to this document layout (see attached file).

I think the layout is very elegant and useful for less technical reports. I wrote COMSOL and asked which program they used to create the documents. I was tolded that they used Adobe FrameMaker.

I have searched the internet after a template which resemble of the layout in the COMSOL document. Unfortunately I didn't find anything.

My question is now: Do you know about a template which look alike?
