Re: PDF Preview not working
Did you try Sumatra?
NEW: TikZ book now 40% off at Amazon.com for a short time.
Re: PDF Preview not working
No, not yet. I would need some sort of guide to know how to reprogram Lyx to work with sumatra instead.
Do you know where I could find one?

1. Open Lyx - Tools - Prefernces - Paths
2. On PATH Prefix: change the ghostscipt path to your adobe viewer (To find it, right click on your adobe reader icon and click on Properties -shortcut - Target:). My Path ends with "...\Reader\AcroRD32.exe" but it only worked when I ended the path with "...\Reader\"
Good luck!

PDF Preview not working
Hello, where do you find the way "Tools->Settings->file formats. When I am in Teknicenter, and I click on Tools, I have not "Settings" in the propositions.sniper_87 wrote:Hy there, i had the same problem. After an hour of testing i have an solution.![]()
Go to Tools->Settings->file formats
As format you chose PDF(pdflatex). At the point viewer there stands "pdfview". Delete this and type in "AcroRD32". Go than to save. And try to open your pdf.
It worked for me. I hope for you, too.
Kind regards
sniper

Hi Zoé,
this is a LyX topic, so unrelated to TeXnicCenter. Perhaps open a new topic and describe what issue you see with TeXnicCenter.
