Thanks yes it is bi lingual heading but the tex live does not support \Bisubsubsection. However, it supports \Bisubsection.

TeX Live consists of more than 700 LaTeX classes and 5000 LaTeX packages. So the statement, that or the question if TeX Live does or does not support a (La)TeX command is almost useless. For example, the standard classes never have provided
minimal working example and explain the expected result.
