Hi,
It seems texlive does not support \Bisubsubsection{hi}{hi} command, does it? any solution?

What would you expect such a \Bisubsubsection{hi}{hi} to do, exactly?
To me, it sounds like some sort of bi-lingual heading, but then again, a heading would (normally) be followed by text...

TeX Live consists of more than 700 LaTeX classes and 5000 LaTeX packages. So the statement, that or the question if TeX Live does or does not support a (La)TeX command is almost useless. For example, the standard classes never have provided \Bisubsubsection or \Bisubsection. Maybe you are using a special package or preamble code, that provides the second one but not the first one. But how should we know this? Please be much more precise and show us at least a Infominimal working example and explain the expected result.
