1. Renewcommand in the preamble doesn't do anything in regards to changing part, chapter etc. to my language (Macedonian) counterparts. In TexStudio it is working properly.

I am writing a thesis, however, they told me that the font I should use is Georgia. OK, I thought, easy to change that. Well, when I change the font using \usepackage {fontspec}
\setmainfont {Georgia}

Hello! As the title says, how am I supposed to install CTAN package. The archive contains a .dtx; and .ins files. What should I do with these files, where to put them in order Lyx to recognize them, or is there a way to install those within Lyx? My system is Ubuntu 16.04
