I am supposed to arrange the Bibliography entries in a mixed mode, Cyrillic and Latin, but with priority to the Cyrillic alphabet, like this:
Рацин, Коста. Бели Мугри, Самобор 1939
Grandits,Hannes et al. Conflicting Loyalties in the Balkans, The Great Powers, the Ottoman Empire and Nation Building, I.B. Tauris and Co Ltd, London 2011
Is it possible?
Also, is there a way to achieve two things:
1. To use quote marks like these: „ “, instead of " " when quoting articles?
2. To change pp. for denoting pages to стр. (Macedonian short form for страница - page).
I am using biber as backend. It is a very neat method of organizing references, and I'd hate to putting each footnote and bibliography entry manually, but then, the document is in Macedonian, so I have to follow these standards.

Bibliography in Cyrrilic alhabet order
Can you show us a minimal working example? BibLaTeX uses the correct quotation marks by default, if you set it up correctly. And it supports Cyrrilic by default.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.
