I managed to get it to work again in LyX2.4, by manually pointig to the exam.layout file via document setting->Document classes -> Local document class (sorry, this is all translated from my Dutch GUI, probably not all correct).
Strange that LyX2.4 didn't seem to find the exam.layout automatically ...

I recently installed LyX 2.4 on windows 11. before that, I could use the exam.layout. But now I seem to have problems. I did copy the file exam.layout in the folder .../resources/layouts/, but when I open a LyX file that used to work with this layout in previous versions of LyX, I get "Layout file ...

Even a simple right-click in file explorer, shows the icon, inviting me to "open" the file with LyX. Strange...

No idea, I have exactly the same issue. A long time ago, I didn't have this problem, if I remember correctly...

If you right click in a table, and select settings, than in the first tab, there are settings for the entire table (somewhere at the bottom of the dialog). Is it possible to use the package pax (or newpax) within LyX? Anyone a MWE?
Why I want this? I have a lot of powerpoints with hyperlinks in them. I want to insert them into one big LyX file, and the hyperlinks should still function.
I can convert the ppt's to pdf, and the links still function ...

The font in the outline pane suddenly seems to be larger then I'm used to. Any ideas?
(On Windows10, latest version of LyX, Windows updated regularly)
