The problem was solved updating to Lyx 1.65 :mrgreen:
I suppose that updating MikteX to 2.8 version also works

Have you tried change language settings on Tools->Settings ?
There's a section that says \usepackage{babel}
Maybe you could use \usepackage[spanish]{babel} (use your corresponding language)
or \selectlanguage{$$lang}

Problem with footmisc

Hi, i have a problem when i try to use the command \usepackage[bottom]{footmisc} in the preamble. Lyx shows a message error with : Undefined control sequence

I don't know what could it be. I reinstalled the package and it follows showing the same error.

Is there another way to put the foontnotes ...

It's strange

Have you tried the option "cut" on the image? Maybe you could cut some part of the left
Or maybe could be the margins, on the paragraph option

One way to center the images is writing \centering like a TeX code (Ctrl+L) before the image,
I mean

\centering [Here is the image]

Hi, i'm having the same problem
I use Lyx 1.6.4 under Windows Vista

When i put a subfloat environment, i get a lot of errors like
You can't use \spacefactor on vertical mode

is there some solution to this problem?
