I'm trying to translate a book from german to turkish and i'm using TexMaker on Ubuntu 11.10 for this job. So i try to add some pictures to my work but it does not working. I'm using the following packages:

I'm such a newbie . I'm using linux(ubuntu 11.10). I've installed texmaker by using software-center.

But i do not know which tex distribution i'm using. So i'm using the predefined Tex-distribution of Texmaker for ubuntu 11.10.
