LyX close until edition

I run LyX 2.3.0 in Windows 7 Professional and I have an error that causes crash and LyX or Windows is closed all the time.

do you get an error message? Can you post the text of the error message, or a screenshot? You can post screenshots as attachments. The Attachments link is below the text edit field, when writing a post.

You could consider to update LyX to version 2.3.1.

For update to LyX 2.3.1., it's prior necessary to unistall LyX 2.3.0. and after install LyX 2.3.1.?

Well this clearly looks like a LyX or Windows issue, not TeX or LaTeX related.

Yes, I would unistall LyX 2.3.0 and install 2.3.1.

Indeed, I believe if you uninstall everything and use the newest installer that LyX has on its downloads page, it fixes this problem.
