Dear All,
After I updated the last version of Mac, Lyx is not compiling the references anymore. I put the references box in Lyx, I can see the citations in Lyx, but when I compile I got the question marks. Does anyone help with that? I compile using pdflatex and Tex.

I would like to mention that before updating my Mac system, this file worked and compiled correctly.

Did you upgrade to El Capitan? I know nothing about Mac, but I have seen several problems related to upgrading to El Capitan. What LyX version are you using?
(I know it is not likely, but nonetheless I offer...) if you happen to have access to a machine with Ubuntu, I can help you more.
There is a chance that the newest version of LyX will contain needed fixes for El Capitan to work. We hope to release LyX 2.2.0 this weekend.

Thank you, Scott, I was pretty confident it was not a code error, since I ran exactly the same dofile right before updating my Mac and it worked fine.
I downloaded El Capitan a few months ago: at the beginning, I had some issues in compiling the pdf that were solved soon after. This time I just downloaded an update to the El Capitan already installed. Tex compiles but it says Package Natbib Warning: Citation 'xx' undefined.
