Page Layout ⇒ A3 page inside A4 document

Hi.

I need to insert some A3 pages into appendix section inside my thesis. I found a lot of solutions based on include pdf pages...

But there is one main problem. I want that included A3 (landscape) pages have the same format (page numbering upside headrule on longer side of A3 landscape and appendix title below this headrule on left side).

I tried to input fancy style as argument into pdf include function but the result was unusable.

Please, is there anyone who can help me?
