Page Layout ⇒ memoir | Top and Bottom Margins not working

Hi,

I am having an issue where my margins aren't working. They are supposed to be 1 inch top and bottom and 1.25 inches on the left and right. It uses the memoir class. I attached the .tex and .sty file.
