Text Formatting ⇒ titlesec.sty not found

Dear everybody,
I have a quick question. I installed titlesec package into this directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\MiKTeX 2.8\tex\latex\titlesec
However, for some reason I still get an error:
titlesec.sty not found?
Anybody run into this issue?

Hi,

did you refresh the Filename Database after the installation?

[localghost]

Just install the package with the MiKTeX Package Manager. It will execute all necessary tasks so that the package can be found in the installation tree.
