How to run Makeindex from Notepad++?

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know how to configure a script or run command to run Makeindex from within Notepad++? Currently, I have run commands for PDFLaTeX and BibTeX and they're running fine. I need Makeindex to compile a list of abbreviations...
