General ⇒ makeidx in babel not showed

Hi,

I've using makeidx package with Arabi package for Arabic Tex, but now I notice

\index

can't show up if I add it in extern files, just if I use 2 language in babel as

\usepackage[english,arabic]{babel}

, but if I remove arabic shows me all indxes!

I've Googling many time, but no ideas.

can you please check this files and correct me if I've any error in syntax, etc...
