General ⇒ Problem with TeXnicCenter - Configuration

Dear all,

I have installed succesfully MIKTEX 2.8 and TeXnicCenter 1.0 in C:\Programe\
then i try to config TeXnicCenter,Enter: C:\Programe\MiKTeX 2.8\miktex\bin for configuring the path of Miktex,then I get the error message:
latex was not found!
but i have checked it,pdflatex.exe is in C:\Programe\MiKTeX 2.8\miktex\bin

Check the "build output profiles" settings, especially "Path to (La)Tex compiler".

Also, you could install TxC alpha 2, which should be better at detecting your settings.

What exactly is your problem?
On a side note, there are plenty of tutorials on the net about a combination of TXC and MikTeX, even a random video I found in about 20 seconds.
