Is there any software that is able to edit the ps figure, which could effect the actions like cropping. Many thanks.

Yes, lots. At the most basic level, you can do it by hand as .ps files contain text you can read. Any decent vector graphics tools will be able to help you out.

Probably depends on the figure, but try Inkscape—you’ll need ghostscript installed as well (though there's a good chance you already do) to allow Inkscape to import/export postscript files .
