Surpress or Hide References

Post by rafiqsabun »

I am writing on a book review, where the cited literature is supposed to show up only in the footnotes. Still I want to use BibTex, which means using the \bibliography command, which again makes the references list appear.

Is there a command to hide or supress the list or must I use a different LaTex style (I'm using "article" right now)?

Thanks for your answers.

Hi,

you could use the features provided by the footbib package.

Another option would be to use biblatex instead of BibTeX.
