I just uploaded a new version of FastPicTeX on ftp://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/linux/apps/tex
(fastpictex-0.6.tar.gz)
FastPicTeX is a preprocessor that generates PiCTeX code to be included in LaTeX documents. It is specifically designed to generate graphs of numbered material, such as line graphs, bar graphs, and xy graphs.
Most importantly, there is a detailed manual for FastPicTeX and PiCTeX included in the fastpictex package.
