Hi.
How do i write lower quotation marks in latex?
like „hello world”
i don't want to use double commas ,,

Lots of ways, but I'd look at using babel along with csquotes to get proper logical markup.

at least in danish babel one can use "`..."' or something like that, but the csquote recommandation should also be a good choice
