Graphics, Figures & Tables ⇒ Space between tables

I have only two tables on one page. One table is aligned on the top of the page, and other is aligned on the bottom of the page. Between them there is empty space. I want that second table is aligned just below first instead at the end of the page. I try several combination of [htpb] for each of tables but none of them is working.
Any help?

try using [!ht]; if that doesn't solve your problem, please post a minimal compilable version of your code allowing us to reproduce the problem.
