Texmaker and TeXstudio ⇒ Unicode Support for Persian language

Hello All,
I use Texmaker 1.6 and MikTeX 1.7 in order to create an article in Persian language.
But it didn't work!
hear is a sample file:

\documentclass[12pt,a4paper]{article}
\usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}
\usepackage{ucs}
\author{Hamzeh Khazaei}
\begin{document}
اين يك نمونه تست فارسي مي باشد.
\end{document}

when i compile this source, the output file show me question marks instead the Persian script.
any one can help me?
