I have to make some diagrams to include in my thesis...

I downloaded Mayura free but I could not export the file as *.eps

is there a Which drawing package to use? apart from mayuraa...A free one please

Depending on the complexity of a figure, you can also draw it with LaTeX packages like asymptote, metapost, pgf/tikZ or pstricks. A very good alternative drawing software is Inkscape. And it's completely free.
