Graphics, Figures & Tables ⇒ color wheel

Hello,

I was wondering if someone could help me to draw a picture similar to the one under "Visual encoding of complex numbers" at

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domain_coloring

I don't need the very fancy style though, something like

http://www.corel.com/img/content/produc ... _wheel.jpg

is fine, however, I would like to put the same stuff at the axes.
