BibTeX, biblatex and biber ⇒ replace the &-sign with AND

Hello,

I am using the harvard package and dcu.bst for my references. Everything is fine, except for the following thing:
before the last author, I get a "&" sign i.o "and", both in the text and in the list of references. Does anybody know how to change this?

The harvard manual (Section 3.4 - Conjunction Style, p. 5) and the forum search yield suitable results [1,2]. Just translate them. For specific help provide a minimal working example² (MWE).
