LyX ⇒ Lyx Template

Hello Latex Community members,

i work since 2 weeks with Lyx and i am very happy

Now my problem is, that i want the same layout in Lyx as this file from our university. http://www.uibk.ac.at/mathematik/person ... latt13.pdf
Have anyone an idea, how i can realize that layout in Lyx?
