Anatomy Atlas

I would like to label many pages with a photo labeled. I don't want to draw each time the arrows. I want to mark each structure of a photo with a number; and automatically to generate all the arrows with the real name at the borders of the page reading a file with a list with the "number-name structure".

I want something like this:
