Hi everyone,
I'm an undergraduate student at Cornell University studying chemistry. I had never heard about LaTeX before until my roommate (a physics major) showed me his lab report he made using LaTeX which I thought was incredible. I only learned how to use Word but I want to be able to write lab reports that stand out, so I decided to learn LaTeX myself.
I'm having some problems getting started but I hope joining this forum will help me learn quickly. Thanks in advance for your help!

LaTeX offers a lot support for getting chemistry stuff to paper [1]. Stefan already directed you to the thread with useful links for beginners.
