I am writing a paper with another person for my master thesis.

I obtained the first version in latex from her. I use TexnicCenter on Miktex.
My friend uses scientificword, which I have no idea about.

I find in the code errors like Undefined control sequence in those lines where she uses \Qcb and \Qlb.

I use amsmath, amsfonts and graphicx. Why am i getting this error? How do I solve this? I've been trying to understand it for 2 weeks already!

Just ask your friend for the definitions of these commands.
