hello!

Post by penelope »

Just joined up today. Been using TeX for a while, but only for short articles which are usually very easy to do. Now I've got to write up for my PhD, and it's the first time I'm chopping up a TeX writing project into different files. I'm a bit flabbergasted at the moment. But I'm learning...

Look forward to participate in the forums soon.

Cheers to all!

It's good to have some experience when approaching a bigger project like a PhD thesis. We are looking forward to your requests and other forms of your participation.

Thanks @localghost (for some reason that sounds local-G-host in my head, and I realised it could be local-ghost/ghoul) and @meho_r :)

I haven't got my head around how to organise my files (images, chapters) for my thesis. I'll look around the forums in a while to see if anyone's been discussing it before. If I have no luck I might just post my own thread.
