Hello,
It's me again on the same topic
I have a new problem with compiling master document and subdocuments.
I'm importing a picture inside one subdocument, and after compiling the master document, the picture does't appear in the typesetted pdf file. It only appears in the typesetted dvi file.
Am I missing something here?
Thank you

Re: Master document, subdocuments and pictures: typesetting prob
The image file has to be in JPG, PDF or PNG format to generate a proper PDF output directly. Otherwise compile via LaTeX -> DVI -> PS -> PDF.

Thank you,
I used .jpg and .png format, I get the same result, the picture don't show up when compiling pdf. By the way, I'm using the "file/import picture..." routine. It does not include pdf files as graphic files.
I will try the latex to dvi to ps to pdf trick.
