General ⇒ Loading fonts by GhostScrip takes significant time

Dear users,

is there a way to enhance the way of loading fonts by ghostscript? Any option for preloading? For some fonts, it takes just long -- it's a significant ratio of the compilation time.
A small example:

Or, is this normal? I've never see Times NR or Arial font series loading this way...
