I lost my "Structure View" and "Latex Support" panel

Hi,

I'm using TeXnicCenter 1.0 and various laptop + monitor setups. I've just started TeXnicCenter again and I lost my "Structure View" and "Latex Support" panel which is quite anoying and I can't find an option which toggles these windows on/off. Any help is much appreciated!
