Roman numbers (NOT pagenumbering!)

Post by noo00b »

I've tried to Google this, but all articles seem to regard pagenumbering..

I just want to write "class 2" using roman numbers! Is this possible? Anyone?

Perhaps I am misunderstanding what you want, but why can't you just write "class ii" or "class II"?

We probably need some more context: an example of your input and desired output.

I'm writing about stones divided into several fractions. Just thought that using roman numbers 1-5 would look better when referring to these fractions..

Every counter can be formatted as a sequence of big or small Roman characters. If you do not use a counter, php1ic pointed out the right direction. Otherwise meet Joseph's request for more information.
