When trying to install new packages through the MikTex Package Manager, I get the error message "unsupported proxy password". Does anyone know what this means, or how to get around it?
(I'm using Miktex v2.6 under Win2000.)

Sounds to me like a problem with your network connection, rather than with MikTex. Did you solve it?
