How create a brochure with size of list - half of a4 and each list with two side? And text would be rotated on 90 degrees.

My intent to find the simlest method for creation brochure(booklet), where text is rotated on 90 degree, relatively of common using of a4 format. Each page - half of a4 format. Automatic numeration. That in result, i can print, bend and using stapler create simple book.
