Creating diagrams

Hi, i'm looking for a package to create diagrams like this :

I'm a beginner in LaTex so a 'simple' solution would be great. :)

The simplest solution would be to take a drawing software and draw it by hand. An interesting solution within LaTeX is pgf/tikZ. Not too difficult, but much work.
