use \mathrm throughout the document

Post by efo »

Hi everybody,

I googled for a while and it looks like I cant figure out how to change the default math font throughout the document, I would like to have mathrm in all my equations; is there a way to specify it in the preamble?

Thanks,

Efo

I tried to use:
\renewcommand{\mathnormal}{\mathrm}
in the preamble and, while it works with $\mathnormal{test}$, it doesnt work with $test$.
