When I start to type the first letters of a command the program propoese me its prediction. How can I insert this offer to text easily?

It's not clear to me which editor you are using. Choosing the point from the list of suggestions (with arrow keys) and confirming with Enter should do.

I think that the editor used here (a crucial detail that HypnosiS forgot to mention) is TeXnicCenter; if this is the case, then Control+Space bar will do the job.

Yes it was TeXnicCenter. I tried different combinations but couldnt find that ctrl+space

Simply press the "Ctrl" key and, while holding it, press the Spacebar.
