Hi,
I am using the fancyhdr package in my document to create footers on all of the pages. Some of the pages have full-page figures and I would like to suppress the footer on those pages. I've tried putting \pagestyle{empty} inside the declaration for my figure but that is not giving the desired results. It will suppress the footer on the page where the figure was defined, not on the page that the figure was actually shown. Any ideas on how to get around this?
Thanks in advance,
Brian

Hi,
please refer to Section 14 "Special page layout for float pages" (pages 14-15) of the fancyhdr documentation.

maybe a better idea to change the size of the figure to fit the layout of the page. normally all pages should be numbered even the page has but figures.
