Hi!

I am writing a paper. The journal format is 2 col. I have a table which is very big. Takes one and a half pages.

I was able to get the table on both columns by using table*. But the table remains on one page and doesnot go on second page.

I then tried longtable. But it gives an error because the document is 2 col and probably it works only on one col document.

I am a Winedt user with Miktex 2.7

Perhaps the supertabular package can be useful.
