General ⇒ Open Med Spell and TexNicCenter

I am new to LaTeX and TexNicCenter.

However I can't find a solution to this problem on this forum

I want to put the open med spell dictionary into my custom dictionary.

I have the file OpenMedSpell100.dic and I have set it to the custom dictionary in the options menu and unchecked the check from main dictionary only option.

However TexNicCenter dosn't use the words in it to spell check my document.

The only idea I've had is that the dictionary is too big at 48728 words. Below is a sample from the .dic file.

Does anyone know what could be wrong?
