Text Formatting ⇒ math format with two superscripts

Hi, I have two superscript in the formula below which makes the equation look bad.
can someone help me out? I tried changing fontsize of superscript and \scriptstyle but I was not succesful.

Hi Javier,

you could use \mathsmaller of the relsize package:

\end{document}
