I recently reinstalled a new version of Miktex (2.7 now) and Winedt. Before, when compiling from dvi to pdf while the old pdf file was open in Acrobat, it would just get updated to the new version. After the reinstall though I get an error instead that dvi2pdf can't write the pdf file since it's being used.
Any ideas how this can be fixed to update the pdf file without having to close acrobat reader first?
